NEW YORK FASHION WEEK: RUSHKA BERGMAN's NEW CLEAN DIRECTION FOR THE BEBE

Having filmed in Los Angeles I am now New York for Fashion Week and to film the rest of "Winging It". Although exhausted I have never been happier. I have managed to enter places that are normally out of reach and people have been very kind.

BEBE's 2013 COLLECTION BY CREATIVE DIRECTOR RUSHKA BERGMAN
I went to see the new direction of the brand Bebe this afternoon under the brilliant guidance of Rushka Bergman, fashion editor for L'uomo Vogue and stylist for Michael Jackson. This is the way I like to see fashion.  I am so fed up of the shows, that unless the designers do something quite incredible, as McQueen and Galliano did,  shows are irrelevant.  They are a huge expense, and leave most of the editors bored to tears. Rushka is clever enough to keep the attention, and showed Bebe's latest creations from circular boxes in a gallery. The fashion was clean and clear, just as I expected, and well made wearable dreams.  Thank goodness for her clean eye and beautiful lines. She really knows what suits a woman. This time in a Givenchy and Dior 1950's Audrey Hepburn type way.  She wishes to encourage beautiful dressing. Let's hope the bondage bandage girls grow up and want something elegant and graceful instead. Bebe should be thrilled after all there are few people with the taste and vision.
