THIS IS THE SECOND EXHIBITION of TIERNEY's, in a matter of weeks.  An exciting collection of photographs, with children, balloons, family scenes, and then hidden slightly obscured is another picture, that merges gracefully into the existing negative.  Tierney is fabulous, eccentric, in pretty floral dresses, and she often is seen with her daughter on her hip.
