DAPHNE GUINNESS's WARDROBE READY FOR THE HAMMER, Issy would have loved it all.

Today I had the best invitation.  I was invited to lunch at Christies in King Street.  The entrance was covered with stunning pink flowers ready for the Contemporary art sales.  I was however going to something even more special, a lunch at Christies given by Julia Delves Broughton for Daphne Guinness. Daphne is kindly selling her beautiful collection of 102 pieces in aid of my wonderful friend, the late Isabella Blow's Foundation. The foundation is set up for people suffering from bi polar and depression and needs your support. The collection has many stunning pieces in mostly size 36 from Alexander Mcqueen, Balenciega, Dolce and Gabbana, hardly worn.  Shoes that are rare in size 37. Delicious exclusive pieces that you will fall in love with.
Lunch was a small affair between friends, Phillip Treacy, Stefan Bartlett, Lucy Birley, Lord Snowden,  Lord and Lady Linley and Lady Mary Charteris with her wonderful fiancee, Robbie Furze, from the Big Pink.
I had a great time discussing whether to have a  brass band or a steel band and the size of women's wardrobes.  Daphne generously emptying hers will make many women happy on Wednesday. Issy would have loved it.
