Scorsese was the hero of the hour as his foundation raised funding to restore one of the most colourful romantic films ever. If you haven't got a clue about how to mix colour watch this film and learn. As an old film aristocrat it was a delight to see other members of my community, including seeing Michael Powells widow, the daughter and grand daughter of Moira Shearer. These old films must be restored for everybody to see. I love the BFI and all organizations who do this.
