RON ARAD AND THE TIMOTHY TAYLOR GALLERY

Timothy Taylor has an incredible new space next to the Connaught Hotel and round the corner from Scotts the fish restaurant. Perfect for shopping as the best have moved to Mount Street. Lanvin, Balenciaga, The Mount Street Printers, Marc Jacobs and Nicky Clarke, amongst many others, have joined forces and made this once rather dreary street a happening place. I gate crashed tonight the Ron Arad lecture and was lucky enough to be able to get a photograph with him. This new space of Timothy Taylor's is a blank stunning canvas and throws a special light that makes the most of Ron's new sculptures. I loved the mirrored wall and new pod chair. Downstairs I snooped and found the most attractive Fiona Rae painting, abstract and colourful. I'm dying for it.
